A new "cage"?!

Well, Coco, (Caitlyn's guinea pig) got a new cage last night. Quite a large cage I might add. Well, as sister was putting it together her and Luke decided to make sure that it was going to work well for Coco. Here they are testing it out. Notice Luke even "chewing" on the bars of the cage, a true little rat!

At the lodge!

The kids had a great time skiing, but it was nice to relax in the lodge too!

Skiing

We had an absolute blast skiing! We skied at SugarBowl with Uncle Shawny on Tues & Wed. It was perfect spring skiing. On Wed. we all ended up skiing without jackets or gloves..it was gloriously sunny! All of the kids did awesome skiing, it was lots of fun!

Enjoying the Spring Snow!

On Monday we left for Truckee to spend a few days in the snow skiing. We left little Lukie with the grandparents and headed out to the mountains. There was a huge storm on Easter so the sides of the roads were covered with snow, it was so beautiful. When we got to Truckee there was so much snow! They had gotten over 24 inches the day before! WOW! The kids were immediately out in the snow building and creating.

Easter

We had a wonderful Easter. The older kids were with their other parents until 4, so Aaron, Luke and I went to church and then relaxed until the afternoon. When everyone was home we had our annual Easter basket search, following clues until the baskets were found. Around 5 all the rest of our family came over for a wonderful dinner and even more Easter treats. It was a very relaxing and fun day!
Ky looking for an egg in the freezer! Jared looking for his next egg & clue!
Sister finding an Easter clue in the BBQ! Blaine looks for a clue for his Easter basket!
